Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The promoter is Zai Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 96 637 632 645) of Level 20, 120 Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Promotional Period

This promotion will take place on site during the ACannabis 2025 Conference at Crown Promenade, Melbourne, on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, 12 August 2025

  • Wednesday, 13 August 2025

     between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm each day, or until prizes are exhausted.

Entry Conditions

  • Entry to the event requires a valid ACannabis 2025 ticket.
  • No purchase or additional ticket is required to participate in the promotion.
  • Participation is open to event attendees aged 18 years or older.
  • By spinning the wheel, participants accept these terms and conditions.

How the Promotion Works

  • Each eligible participant is allowed one spin for the duration of the promotion.
  • If the wheel lands on “Spin Again,” the participant is granted one additional spin.
  • If the wheel lands on “Winner Winner,” the participant will receive a pair of Apple AirPods, subject to availability.
  • Some wheel outcomes may not result in a prize.
  • Other smaller prizes may also be available, depending on the panel landed on.
  • Prizes are awarded at random and are not guaranteed.

Prize Conditions

  • AirPods are available only while stock lasts. Once all AirPods are claimed, participants may still spin for remaining prizes.
  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Prizes must be claimed immediately at the Zai exhibition stand.
  • Any participant who wins AirPods must provide their contact details and complete a Gifts and Entertainment (G&E) compliance form before receiving the prize. Refusal to provide this information will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Changes or Cancellation

Zai reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, prize availability or these terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, Zai is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize.
