After your application, we will review and shortlist suitable candidates before conducting a screening process to assess your qualifications and suitability for the role. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions about our company culture and work environment.
After all first-round interviews are completed, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the final round with a senior manager. This stage may involve a task or exercise and will include a more in-depth interview to further assess your suitability for the role.
Once the process is complete, we will contact the successful candidate with a verbal offer of employment. If the offer is accepted, a written job offer will be provided. After you accept the written offer, we will issue your contract and begin the onboarding process.
