Zai is made up of two brands; Zai and CurrencyFair. The Zai brand focuses on mid-market and enterprise-level business customers in the world of integrated financial services, including payments, FX, fraud management, reconciliation and more.
Whereas the CurrencyFair brand is a global cross-border payments fintech serving both individuals and small businesses who want faster, cheaper foreign exchange.

After your application, we will shortlist suitable candidates, then conduct a screening process to evaluate your qualifications and fit for the role. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the company culture and work environment.
If successful during the screening process we will organise a first interview with the hiring manager. This will often be a competency based interview which will evaluate your skills and experience.
Once all first round interviews have been completed, a shortlist of candidates will be contacted for the final round with a senior manager. This may include a task or exercise. This will be a more in-depth interview.
Upon completion we will reach out to the successful candidate with a verbal offer of employment. If accepted you will receive a written job offer with salary package details. Once you accept the offer we will send you your contract and begin the onboarding process.
