Paul brings more than 20 years of C-suite experience across high-growth, technology-enabled businesses to Zai. Most recently, he held executive roles at Selfwealth, where he helped steer a significant business turnaround and played a central role in the company’s successful acquisition by the Syfe Group. With deep expertise across financial services, payments and platform businesses, Paul has built a reputation as a commercially sharp and customer-focused leader. His strong business acumen and extensive executive experience make him a natural fit for Zai as the business continues to grow and evolve.

Chief Technology Officer

Prasan, CTO at Zai, brings over two decades of technology leadership across payments, fintech and enterprise technology. His extensive experience spans digital transformation, IT strategy, cybersecurity and the development of secure, scalable platforms within complex, regulated environments. With a proven track record of developing patented payment innovations, including PayXCrypto at Novatti Group, and delivering award-winning fraud prevention and payment systems, Prasan combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. His expertise across compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, is instrumental in strengthening Zai’s technology platform and its commitment to trust, security and reliability.

Chief Customer & Operations Officer

Andy, Chief Customer & Operations Officer at Zai, is a Certified Customer Experience Professional with more than 20 years of experience across customer experience, operations, technology and software development. His career spans fintech, defence and digital services, where he has built high-performing teams, transformed customer journeys and embedded data-driven decision-making. With a proven track record of improving NPS by more than 70 points, delivering cost efficiencies and leading organisations through growth, acquisitions, migrations and large-scale change, Andy brings a strong ability to balance customer outcomes, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Taylan Bozkurt

Head of Enterprise Risk 

Taylan Bozkurt is a highly experienced risk leader with a decade of expertise across payments, superannuation and funds management. As Head of Enterprise Risk at Zai, he specialises in delivering comprehensive risk transformation programs and embedding robust risk frameworks across complex regulated environments. Taylan’s extensive career includes key risk management and governance positions at leading financial organisations Northern Trust, Australian Retirement Trust and QIC. A strategic thinker with a comprehensive background in law and finance, he is focused on driving a mature risk culture that aligns regulatory compliance with strategic business growth.

Andrew Reszka

General Manager

Andrew brings over a decade of senior commercial leadership across payments, fintech and enterprise B2B services to Zai. His extensive experience includes roles with leading brands such as Corpay, Verifi, WEX Inc. and American Express, where he has built and scaled high-performing teams across APAC. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships and helping businesses simplify complex payment workflows, Andrew brings strong commercial expertise and a deep understanding of the payments industry. At Zai, he leads the commercial function as the business continues to grow its platform and help customers take control of complex, multi-rail payment workflows.

People and Culture Manager

Srinandhini (Sri) brings experience across people strategy, organisational development, talent acquisition and employee relations to her role as People and Culture Manager at Zai. She partners with senior leaders to build a high-performing, engaged and inclusive organisation, aligning people practices with business priorities while strengthening culture, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness. With experience spanning technology, PropTech, migration and education consulting, and the not-for-profit sector, Sri combines commercial thinking with a people-first approach. Holding qualifications in Human Resources Management and Computer Science, she is focused on developing scalable people practices, enhancing organisational capability and creating an exceptional employee experience that supports Zai's continued growth.
